Brad has spent most of his career in the South African retirement funding sector, working closely with retirement funds, trustees, employers and members. Throughout his career, he has seen how often people are required to make critical financial decisions without fully understanding their long-term impact.

This experience shaped his belief that South Africa’s retirement challenge is not only financial, but educational. When people receive the right information in a way they can understand and apply, behaviour can change and long-term outcomes can improve.

Together with his wife, Rhonda, Brad founded 3one2 Consulting as a values-driven business focused on improving retirement understanding, member engagement and long-term financial decision-making. He is particularly passionate about retirement fund and employee education, supported by practical, independent consulting that strengthens existing communication, administration and service delivery.

His experience spans retirement fund administration, operational leadership, client servicing and stakeholder management, giving him practical insight into the challenges faced by funds, administrators, employers and members.
